We're going down this year, with Southampton. Southampton were always going to come crashing down, the day they secured promotion But I didn't expect us to struggle quite as much as we are, recently .. Anyway, at least both sides of Hampshire will have comfort in eachother, of that relegation feeling ..
Dramatic second half - but we still lost. Thank heavens Rocha is back - it would have been worse without him and Scott Allan.
We'll start improving when the players are on more than 1 month contracts and worry less about getting injured I think.
You just have to keep the faith Lapras. It aint over 'til the fat lady sings - and she's not even gargling yet. Our day will come again........... sooner than you think. We'll stay up, even if it's by the skin of our teeth - we're NOT going on a league 2 tour.
For the stats people among us - there wasn't a single home win in league 1 tonight. 5 draws and 7 home losses.
You haven't had the same avatar for the last seven games, Meowth? That must be a record for you! And as for PFL, I hope that are wrong......twice!
Get your money on Pompey to win at Cov, with the new Av and the added bonus of a Tampa Bay Buccaneers signature, we can't fail.
From what I can gather ........... between Andy Awford (who gave them some home truths) and Corporal Punishment they will regret not playing their best yesterday.
Rocha showed touches of class but also made a couple of errors that could have cost us. Allen started to look dangerous in the second half but should have taken his first chance himself rather than passing to Izzy-a-striker-McLeod. But until we start closing the opposition down when they are in possession and looking to run into space when we are in position, we will continue to fail. Our absent midfielders, most notably Howard, provide no service to the strikers and continually put the defence under pressure and force us to back-pedal because they couldn't spot a pass if it slapped them in th face.
