It's a shock to think he's been here 3 seasons. It's worse to think out of the handful of games he's actually managed to appear in, how many where cameos last 10 minutes etc.

I'd love to know how many 90 minutes he's actually completed.

Actually I don't think I would like to know.

I seem to remember when he was playing "regularly" he was normally subbed off after about 65-70 mins

Dont think anyone doubts that he has talent. Klopp rarely gets a big transfer wrong so being willing to pay 50m for him clewrly he has something.

at times we missed someone like him who could break the lines running with the ball which was the frustration as at times he played really well.

was it his debut v West Ham where he looked excellent. I don’t doubt that if could keep him for for a season he’s offer an excelllent option in midfield

He's definitely a talent, but for all the injuries he's had I'd have to put it down to some issue mentally rather than physical.

It always seems to be a niggle, slight pulls or strains rather than a recurrent condition.

I just don't think he fancies it here, simple as that.

It would have been better if after tge first 12 months he would have just said he's not feeling the club snd he coukd if moved on..

Sound like he's thrown a strop after not being able to get back in the side.

Can't wait til we get him off the wage bill tbh

I also read that Henderson has only been marginally more available than Naby since Naby joined which I couldn't believe at first but when you think about it, Hendo does pick up a lot of niggles and we need to think about reducing / managing his minutes better for next season.

Another thing to bear in mind that Naby has been missing for a lot of games but how many are due to injuries and how many are due to simply not being selected ... For us (as the end consumer), it makes no difference but for the player, not being picked is not the same as not being available.

Hendo tends to get injuries that require longer recovery times rather than lots of little niggles.

Naby is like Studge, injured when a finger nail gets scratched!

True but unfortunately, he's still not as available as we would like. We definitely need to add 1 more CM to replace Gini but I would not be against selling Ox and Naby to fund another another.

Milner will also be another year older let's not forget.

We need at least 2 imo. That's before selling naby or ox.
