The user interface has a number of significant changes and improvements this year, as it does every year. For other areas, if it isn't broken, don't fix it. Have you tried using sunday league player reputation and starting unemployed?
He didn't post once on the enormous thread we had for FM12, and considering the way he's been posting over the last couple of days I think it's safe to assume he's talking out of his arse. I always start with the unemployment challenge and it really is a challenge. The best I've done is win Serie A with Palermo, but I've never won the Premier League or even got close to winning the Champions League or World Cup. Obviously it's easy enough to do those things if you just start as manager of Man Utd though.
For International Management, I'd love it if you were able to interact with a player to switch countries, or to at least see what their situation is with citizenship etc. It would be usefull especially for managing smaller nations, such as Northern Ireland.
Well you can call up foreign players if they haven't yet been called up for their native country and have gained citizenship in yours.
But a lot of the time, they might reject a call up because they want to hold out for a call up from another country. What I mean is maybe some way to convince them to swap nationalities and represent your team.
Good luck trying to convince players to play for the worst team in the world.... That said, Northern Ireland aren't far off that.
I got them to 160th in the rankings actually It's a pain in the arse though because most of them are Italian/San Marino and they want to wait for an Italy chance even though they are playing in Serie C.
