Ramirez I can't actually find out until it is on the 'Southampton' database.
You can base it on UT but they are cruelly different to the newer ones at the moment, so UT is less reliable.

Regarding Gazzaniga, someone else on the database has put forward a strong argument that his potential is severely underrated.

They don't produce overalls until nearer release time.
It's been explained to me that it is worked out by the attributes ratings, but obviously for some of the older players they aren't going to improve a lot so we already sort of know what their ratings will be...
