Right guys, regarding Schneiderlin, his potential is already pretty decent and to be honest there aren't many attributes that could be improved for him...

Dunno, I'm not on FIFA right now but I know he's crap. Crossing, probably. Also make sure Lee isn't as painfully slow any more (I think I heard it was changed but can't actually remember)
Tadanari Lee - pace, vision, agression? Fox - crossing Cork - balance and positioning maybe passing
Cork's balance is decent for someone of his height. it applies to players with lower centres of gravity.
Currently in the process of trying to get JWPs stats upped a bit.

On my FIFA 12 my Lee glitched and became and absolute monster. He was 85 overall , pace of about 90, scored from anywhere and was worth about 85 million on career mode. Obviously I never did anything about it 
Judging by the 'potential' ratings it's looking like a lot of Saints players will be mid to high 70s 
Give rickie 3 star skills! He does the occasional step over and foot change every now and then. Adam needs to have at least 4 so does guly and steve. Rickie needs better long shots as well.
