Errrr no, we finished 4 pts behind second. Dont worry MaidaValeRanger, I didnt think for 1 miunute you could count to 4.
Someone should tell him that there's a 'swearing / no swearing' option on this board for a reason. I guess he's too inbred to realise this though....
The same cant be said for the others on this thread can it, Northolt included, he's a regular on the Cardiff board.
Northolt, yawn, boring. MaidaValeRanger, your my friend are obviously quite a 'special' person. On all my time on these boards whether it be 606 or not606 you are actually the first I have come across who cant count to four...****** Good luck, signing Crouch, Chamakh, Ramsey, Cole, Upson, Parker etc while your at it you may as well get Hernandez, Vidic, Lampard and Terry. A season of disappointment ahead for you me thinks, all the money in the world isnt going to make QPR attractive enough to get these players. BTW, anyone know who's signing Taraabt off you, I did ask before but nobody answered.
Im pretty sure our record in playoffs is better than Readings, try not to make stuff up as you go along boy.
And you told me to grow up earlier Not going to own up to being wrong are you, thats what happens when you make things up child.
Why has the subject changed? It starts with who could we sign, now this. City ace, go away. Now lets get back to the subject, who could we sign? P.S: Cannock, blackstock was brilliant when he was at us, just Sousa never played him, so he went to Forest
Not keen on this ner-ner stuff but it seems CityAce that you came over to provoke a reaction with factually incorrect stuff like this - and got some for your trouble! It's true, Rangers are a small club when compared with the four (other) premier league and four championship teams within approx 12 miles of our little ground (two of the prem clubs within 3 or 4 miles). We can squeeze just over 18,000 into Loftus Road since it's become all seater - whilst Cardiff average around 24,000 BUT with no competition to speak of: only two championship clubs within 50 miles. Nearest premier competition for crowds are over 100 miles away from Cardiff as far as I can tell (London and Birmingham)... Why are your crowds so small? When we were a top draw club before, LR was largely terraced (apart from two reasonable sized stands) and averaged crowds of 25,000 (managed 35,000 against Man U on one occasion) and still regarded ourselves as a small club compared to our neighbours. As far as attracting quality 'ballers is concerned, you're right, we may well lose Taarabt - see that first goal against you the other week? On TV too... that's put his price up again for sure! Fact is, the Rs never had much problem bringing in players good enough to make us London's top club for several years, beating the Man Us and Liverpools into the bargain... and do we love to cut the mighty down to size?! Once we get going upstairs, why should it be any different now? Quality players will come in both for the Hoops factor and equally 'cos it's only 10 minutes from a night on the piss uptown after the game! Come on CityAce, looks like you're biting off more than you can chew... As you can see, we QPR fans can be pretty pig-headed at times. That's because we all know we could've easily chosen to back Chelsea, Arsenal or Tottenham without looking bogus - but just love swimming against the current. With respect, wums like you are commonplace where we come from. No matter what league we're in, it's part and parcel of everyday life for us - and from fans of clubs far bigger than Cardiff City believe me! By the way, how's your manager at the moment? Coping is he?
