    Force him to impregnate as many geordie women as humanly possible.

    Then, Newcastle United nurture these players through their childhood at the "Lionel Messi Evolutionary Kitchen".

    Force the kids to play at LEAST 6 hours of football per day, with 2 hours of basic literacy and numeracy.

    Give them every saturday off so they can go watch "daddy," then make them play competetively from the age of 4 years every sunday.

    **Oh, and sell him for £150million after this plan has been in action for about 3-4 seasons.

    So, what if Man City came in with a 200mill offer which was mentioned before?

    I'd sell in a heartbeat. You could buy two of the best strikers on the planet who would score far more goals than Messi alone, and still have over 100mill to spare.

    Messi's never ever ever ever ever going to leave Barca I think its safe to say. Someone like Alves or Villa may have they're head turned though.
