If you widened it out a bit and included those who have played, you could include Bridge for Chelsea, Beattie for Everton, etc, and we could probably fill most of the gaps.
I did that in my head, and as well as Chelsea and Everton, I also filled in Blackburn (Davies), Liverpool (Crouch) and Sunderland (Jones). But have failed with the rest (Higginbotham and Man Utd doesn't count, cos he was at Utd before us).
