Now normally I find these threads a bit in bad taste as it is always that sign of sourness to have the mouser threads, steven gerrard appreciation thread, etc.

But this is funny watching the wavering back and forth. I will say though, there is certainly firepower in that side, there is strength, power, technique as well. Once the teams beds and the backline is sorted ( start creating more chances for their attackers too), they can be scary.

BUT for now, no problem havin a giggle, just worry that we slip up and our board is gonna be flooded!!

too much quality in that side for them to majorly **** up, for me its too many new foreign players all at once and they haven't replaced where most of their goals came from.

when they click, which hopefully wont be against us, but they are at home sadly, we will see what they are all about.

is funny to watch, but how many thought they would be a top 2 or 3 team this season, maybe at a push title, bet there is a few.

Well i think its not about quality par se but about tactics and we are seeing AVB with a second english side failing to really get his message across at this point.

I thought they would take 4th this year, right now there is no chance.... based purely on them v arsenal.. never mind utd.

Bozz will be getting a PM to come and clean up. :)

the board will be flooded anyway thats how it works.

If you are good and respectful they do it, if you are a total wum they do it. the only difference is when you are a total wum like say dubbed you are universally disrespected.

laugh now and there are very few that'll save it up for 3 months time and most forget. its just how far you go. get personal, disrespectful etc and then someone will come back....

To be honest I wouldn't laugh at them yet... Still a good team in there!

Very surprising how they've played so far though. Lethargic.

definitely a good team in there, just hope they don't realize it before we play them, esp away.

I'm always here. I just tend to read more than post. Seriously, I log in at least 4-5 times a day

I'm just messing mate <ok>

Reckon you could sort Gerrez out for us? He hasn't done anything wrong of sorts, he's just a ****er <ok>:)

Just posted this on the Spuds site:

Spurs to build on first 13 seconds

25-11-13

SPURS say they will take the positives from their unbeaten 13 seconds against Manchester City.

Villas-Boas believes football matches have become ‘far too busy.’ Players have been studying the video of yesterday’s kick off to see which of their half dozen touches of the ball led to the first goal.

Manager Andre Villas-Boas said: “If we can push on from here we might be able to get a throw-in before it all turns to ****.”

Villas-Boas has also proposed that matches return to the centre circle every 10 seconds, as well as a cricket-style declaration system to end a match whenever necessary.

Meanwhile, fans have questioned the manger’s team selection which yesterday included a still-concussed Hugo Lloris playing in slippers and a dressing gown.

Villas-Boas added: “By breaking down a match into 13-second sections it’s clear we just need to work on the remaining 414 of them.

“I suspect that will be a standard quote one day – ‘it’s a game of 415 13-second sections, Brian’.”

Bahahaha yes very true <ok>

On a serious note though I don't know how I'd react to us losing by 6. That is just mental.

I don't think we should right off Spurs though. I thought they would be average this years whilst their players bedded in and put in a genuine challenge next year.

Not so sure now. Not convinced a manager (at the top level) can actually recover from that heavy a defeat.

Quite possibly lost the fans.

They did fine afterwards.
