This would fit in with younger hungry player policy and theres no doubt he could attract that sort of player.. Could work, but has his star faded?
Please the Lord not Stuart Pearce. Great player and loved him playing for England but club management is a totally different animal. Typically successful at England U21 level as was Peter Taylor who had the choice of the best Premiership kids. As for club level - his/their records are there for all to see. Sorry, it may be unkind but I think Pearce is daft as brush.
NP odds going out more, won't be long before my tip who will be here gets shorter odds. But as to your wild assumption that the manager will be on the sideline's tonight will possibly only be true if it's Pembo or Elliott
Pearce would have good contacts for young players from his time with the England U21 setup, which is exactly where City's transfer policy is targeted, so it would not be a great surprise if they appointed him. His record isn't stellar by any means, so would not be too sure about this.
I've been told by my mate who works in KFC next to the ground that he was told by his bosses sister that it 100% wont be Steve Cotterell. I have no reason to doubt this information so I think that will be the case!
