And 1 Saints fan. It was the best I've seen Morecambe play out of the not very many times I've been. They were well on top in the first half, but Tubbs missed the best chance of the half to equalise, and there was another one cleared off the line about 20 seconds into the second half. Second half Pompey were better but didn't really do more than fire a couple of shots wide until it went 2-0. Both goals from corners which wasn't great (to be fair second one looked like a smart finish). After the delay you went for it and earned the goal, but it was a good volley after 90+quitealot minutes. So overall, they did deserve to win. It was a completely accidental but Passley was, to be fair, absolutely sparko on the floor for quite a while. He went to hospital just after the final whistle, but it seemed to me like they were thinking of driving the ambulance on to the pitch for a bit. The wind didn't help the match (it is now raining here). And it was a good turn out from the Pomps, probably got to double digits in the first half conga line (the total weight must have been unimaginable) and they got a few laps of the stand in. Thought about going to the away pub but my Shirley accent would have got sussed.

It's about 10 minutes on a bus from my house. I like to go and watch Morecambe or Lancaster (who are in the 8th tier) on a bored/sunny Saturday. To be honest I miss half the game trying to get updates on the Saints anyway.
I am not sure that going to Morecambe was Wise, Qwerty! Don't lose hope, Pompey fans. 4 years ago this week, Saints lost 2-0 at Rochdale. Things can change really quickly in football.
