I've never heard of him to be honest. Seems like a big bugger according to Wiki - 6' 5" in his socks. Don't know how good he is with his boots on though.

Maybe just another squad player to give some height to our midfield - let's face it we've got mostly shorties left in that department now that Ameobi has thankfully gone.

 

A bit tall for a defensive mid for me. Unlikely to be that maneuverable and possibly not quick over the ground. He does cover centre back though which might be in the thinking.

Gary O'neill has joined the Wurzels. Bit old now but he was very good for us when he was with us on loan. Had a great game against West Ham, one of my favourites at Ninian.

Need someone who's going to put the ball in the net rather than run round attempting to create space for a Bale we don't have. Perhaps worth a punt on a free and knows Trollope.

 

Thought the same Sheepy. Great energy, gets around the park well and suited to pressing game but him, the ball and opposition net are not close relatives.

Don't know anything about this guy (next to nothing on Wiki) other than he has a good scoring record in the last year or so - but then so did Cornelius. However, it will be a measure of how far we are prepared to go and our standing with players and agents were we to get him in competition with Villa and Leeds.

 

According to WoL City are not after Antonsson or Robson-Kanu. Still nothing to talk about then.

 

Have to say Robson - Kanu was impressive when he came on on Saturday. Made a big difference even when you don't consider he perfectly taken goal

 

He's not the goalscorer we need, 33 in 240 league appearances. Pilks has 59 in 304.
