Norwich may not be that great, but they beat us twice, both times quite convincingly. At least Paul Lambert can change their game to suit the opponents, and more importantly, get their players playing for the full 90+ minutes.
it has everything to do with the manager, thats why he gets paid and its his job to tell the players how to play otherwise why have a manager, its his orders that the players play to and im afraid he has lost the plot and been sussed and dont have a clue what to do about it........too bloody right its his fault....
If you wish. Despite doing the double over us the Canaries are truly punching above their weight imo. I don't think they are as good a team as we are but fair play your manager is doing what our isn't - getting the best out of what he's got. You currently have more passion and desire to win than we have and that's why you've had some good results recently and we've been pants. Just my opinion so don't be too defensive.
i think norwich have been better than us all season, their manager seem to play his team to counteract the oppositions strengths and most of the time it works, brendan only changes players but sticks to his only system that use to work but not any more, lambert keeps the opposition guessing on how he wants them to play where brendan is predictable and the opposition can work all week in training how to beat the system. norwich have done what we are trying to do and credit where credit is due from league one to top half of the premiership and still fighting to go higher then lambert has got it right while brendan has reached his limits and ideas and has run out of steam....

i never say we will get relegated i said WE could or we may, there is a world of difference and as we come to the end of the season that still applies, we are clueless at the moment and we still need points to be certain, a month ago back i would say we are safe but the way we are so easily beaten now by teams fighting for points and brendan and the players have their bags packed ready for their holidays just going through the motions then its on a knife edge, even if we do make it then brendan's only way of playing does not look good for next season, we should be fighting to finish on a high and not a wimpa......brendan and sinclair and ash and taylor all talk bollox in the EP as they never do what they preach and fans are getting frustrated at the teams lack of determination to get the points we need to be certain...
i would add the same about BR, seems to the have same brain cells big sam doesnt have and vice versa eg hoofball and pitsy patsy passing

Fair enough. Btw, how is an opinion a 'generalisation'? We all have opinions on who are the top teams, the average teams and the poor teams in this League. Are they all generalisations too? 7 seasons ago Norwich were in the Premier & we were in 4th tier . Parachute payments & a bunch of seasons with 25 ,000 bums on the seats makes for more opportunity to get back , compared to only 14,000 ticket average for us , we've accomplished much with less .
Generally on a forum when somebody says "Team A aren't great" they back it up with what it is about that certain team that makes them think they're not great. Players, Formation, Tactics, Management etc..... I just wondered what it was about Norwich you thought wasn't great? Is that so wrong? You think we care what Lawrenson thinks about us? I would just like to remind you we nearly went bust 2 1/2 years ago while we were bottom of League One after losing our first match there 7-1 at home.
Some constructive criticism: 1) Buy more players, outside of your 1st XI you are fairly limited (don't take this the wrong way but your line-up is pretty predictable as opposed to Norwich) 2) Passing style, teams can adapt to it successfully, for example when we beat you at your own stadium. 3) Sure you will beat Wolves or Liverpool, they are appaulling this season, Blackburn and Man Utd will be very challenging games. Squeeky bum time indeed.
Got nothing against Norwich Carra , just a bit of perspective to achievement . When Norwich were in top tier 7 or so seasons ago , we were in the 4th tier . We've come a long way without Premier League handouts ( parachute ) or 25,000 bums in seats . Good luck to you on your push to finish higher .
