Planned on moving there a few years back for work, as my field is big there. But they won't allow disabled people in and my lad is disabled

The irony is all my sons medical treatment is based on work in Canada, so the Montreal protocol etc

Would love to take him there for treatment but its not allowed even if paying

That's a bit ****ing harsh. Especially as you're paying for the treatment. What ground have they got to refuse him entry, surely can't just be based on his disability ?

Its less disability iirc and more about not wanting to give treatment, which is fair enough I guess but they are just so much more advanced in certain conditions. So if I was to use years they are 25, USA is 10 and we are 5 in terms of knowledge

Its a shame that we can't take advantage without putting a strain on them. But its basically you can all come but not him

Yeah I basically introduced myself to the pre board during ramadhan, on that thread and I do recall it getting heated but like my thing with DD he started it. Funny how wishing death upon a disabled kid is seen as a "laugh" but any retaliation is bad. Even @Skylarker said he thought the daughter thing was bad but no one thinks the kid thing is out of order too.

 

That's ****ing harsh mate. And if you're paying for the treatment, then where's the strain on their local resources ?

I've pretty much done the whole west coast of the Americas from Guatemala up to Oregon, but I've never been to Canada before. I'm up on Vancouver Island for a month. Can't wait to get out there
