Will this finally be our year <whistle>

Positives-

- Bowyer’s at the wheel
- We can’t play any worse than yesterday
- Dillon is in top form
- Bonne is amongst the goals
- 2,700 of our most vociferous fans in the away end
- I’m wearing my lucky underpants to the game

Negatives -

- it’s Millwall, the ultimate dirty bok club
- We badly miss Taylor & Williams
- the team has hit patchy form
- we never turn up for this game <wah>

Thoughts, predictions & insults welcome.

please join in @Ringo Lion and @TC (Lovely Geezer)

No Taylor, no Williams, no result.

Presumably our budget is smaller than theirs, so they'll be the favourites anyway.
A point would be OK.
If they win, they'll be just 1 point behind us in the league.

I'm looking forward too saturday's game, in the back of my mind is the nagging doubt that you might end our 24 years unbeaten record in this fixture but from what I saw yesterday you are more than beatable but maybe a bit hard too break down, with four nil-nils in recent years I'm not expecting a lot of goals, so for me a hard fought 1-0 to Millwall<cheers>

Don’t get ahead of yourself mate.

Preston was by far our worst performance of the season.

Under the genius Bowyer, there is no chance of that being repeated :emoticon-0148-yes:

Not getting ahead of myself Royston, I did say there's a nagging doubt in my head, we had our first defeat under our new manager so hopefully lessons are learned and we bounce back next weekend.
Charlton are beginning to drop points as injuries kick in and the feelgood factor of last seasons promotion wears off, we will need to be at our best to exploit that on saturday.

Can't see anything but a Millwall win. Won't be there unfortunately, but it is a Charlton tradition that we lose against Millwall.

Without Williams or Taylor we're a bit predictable, so Leko will be sure to start. Hopefully he's unpredictable in a good way. 0-0 must be worth a punt.

Without Taylor and Williams, I fear it will be a 1-0 home win. A draw would be great.

Charlton might raise their game, as they do sometimes when little is expected of them.
But I think the missing key players will be more of a factor than those still on the pitch trying harder.
