Well it's him or fecking wolfenslow, your beloved Wolfy will get destroyed, so no, u give it a rest!!

Team is shaping up quite nicely, hopefully get a decent left winger in soon, but, my biggest concern is CM.
Both Morsy, even how excellent he is, is no spring chicken, and Luongo, who in their early 30's will get totally overrun in midfield. For me, this is the missing piece in the jigsaw.

The defence is sorted (assuming Walton stays), and the attack also (assuming we add someone on the left).

If it's going to be Morsy, Luongo and Taylor for the season, then for me that's a worry..we need someone younger and dynamic.

Well, I can put on my dancing shoes and play the CM role stretchy!

Totally agree...in regards to attacking positions, we have 2 on the right (Hutch and Burns), two for the 9 (Hirst & Delap)
I would therefore assume that if Szmodics were to come in, then for me it would be between him and chappers for the 10.
We would then be very thin on the left, as currently we really only have Broadhead and Harness
I think that's the plan, look what happened last season when Hirst was injured in December and we then won about one game out of the next nine, wrong can't afford to be in that position in the coming season.

How about Kalvin Phillips?
I think he's definitely the kind of player.we neec, if he can recapture soon of his Leeds form.

Not a bad shout and I would love to bring Deli Alli to Town for one last punt at realising his potential. I think it would be good for either of them and for us.

I agree Yorkie, how many of the previous recruits were thought not to be good enough but KMc has always improved players?I have always been keen on Szmodics going back several Seasons and his goal tally last Season has nothing to do with it.

Haven't seen enough of him to have an opinion but his goal record isn't great (except for last season), think he could be a hand player though much of our success last season came from being able to bring tenacious tricky attacking players on in the second half of games and we are lighter in those areas than we were last season, we've lost Jackson and Sarmiento, so need to be replaced.

I don't think Morsy and Luongo are a huge concern both will play a big part next season but it is a concern the lack of depth. Since last season we've lost Travis and Ball as back ups, so they need to be replaced, it wouldn't surprise me to see 2 new CM signings.

Don't think Phillips and Ali fit our recruitment. Likely to be on big wages and both lacking game time and confidence the last few years. Not adverse to bringing in some experience but not high profile players who's careers have nosedived.

People have a bit of a hang up about him because he was top Championship goal scorer last Season.I don't see him as an out-and -out striker, more a deeper role/10 competing with Chappers.
