There was an odd programme on C4, 'football cops' that had footage of the policing at Town last season. You'd have thought it's mostly been an easy job to do in Suffolk. Just about the only thing I will miss about the Championship is camaraderie between fans of different clubs (with a few notable exceptions).

Not surprised with the retained list, Jackson contributed some decent moments last season but his lack of quality stood out, very much an average league 1 player for me. Again Ball played his part but a limited player.

I'm slightly disappointed in Donacien not being offered a new contract but again I can understand it, as he is limited on the ball and missed majority of last season through injury. I think although we achieved promotion last season we did miss him, so many goals we conceded came down that side, I don't think we concede a lot of them if a fit Donacien played, defensively one vs one he is outstanding and still might be a useful option next season if he can prove his fitness.

As for Omari, let's hope we can get him back, although part of me thinks given the amounts being quoted we should just aim to get him back on loan. Its going to be a tough transfer window, balancing the fact we've worked on a modest budget up to this point in terms of wages and transfer fees.

The funds will be available to buy Omari and why wouldn't he want to come back to us given the season he has just had and knowing that the same Management team will be here for next season. He wont be getting any game time at Chelsea and why would he want to play abroad when he can be a regular in the Premier League!

Currently bored to feck, got COVID, been kicked out and staying in one of our rentals which is, thankfully, currently empty. Only good thing....I can watch as much football as I like

Get well soon Spanish. I avoided it for 2 years and then caught it on the Lisbon ferry!

Problem with getting him in on loan, is that if he has another exceptional season, then the price will probably double at least to 4-50m.
If we want him, buy him now so hopefully his stock can grow

Maybe you're right, I'm just not convinced we can justify spending £20+ million on a player who's first team appearances amount to 20 championship starts, of which probably half he had limited influence in. There are signs he could be an outstanding player but it is a risk for that amount of money. I'd say £10 million with Harness included.

Did you see the club have been charging fifty quid a pop for a tiny section of goal net from the Huddersfield game? Is Del Boy in charge of the merch?
