Yes they have but that doesn't mean they won't make mistakes which is inevitable at some point. Next season presents an entirely more difficult situation because of the extra games and its a new situation for the manager. If they land champions league it doesn't mean they'll hold that spot and if they land Europa they can forget top 4 next season imo. Newcastle have the foundations to build on now and the next phase is as important as the 1st..... exciting times and a journey thay can be enjoyed through the ups and downs.

True. They’ve only mainly had the pressure of trying to avoid relegation where the pressure is much less and much more enjoyable or trying to win a World Cup where there’s no pressure at all.
It's a different kind of pressure and as it gets closer it will intensify. Newcastle have had nothing to lose all season but they do now.
Pressure is pressure. The players have coped under greater pressure and there is nothing to suggest they won’t cope again. Anything else is whittling.
I disagree there's pressure and there's the business end of it. We've seen this ourselves haven't we.
