It's an odd thing, but I think it comes down to doing it with their own congregations and a good idea at that; a wider message of remembrance. Our local team laid a wreath and, in credit to them, their coaches and senior players turned out in club coats - I'm guessing they came under youth organisations.

Not sure what the working men's clubs came under...
