I think he's trying to get Colchester's result overturned

3 points from relegation zone, 3 points from playoffs. A little run now and Things will look a lot better at Christmas. Who have we got in the next two games?

That isn't a bad run, how many points would you like?
11 minimum, but anything over 14 would be great.

Only two home games out of the next eight if you count Chesterfield we need to play the same as at Doncaster & Pompey

After a drab damp and misty first half kicking towards the away end we controlled possession without creating the Shrimps remained in their shells but we came flying out of the blocks and the result was never in doubt should have been 3 or 4 nil :1980_boogie_down:

It looks like its going to be a very tight league this year any team putting 3 or 4 wins together could put you in the playoffs with Newport beating Carlisle & even Pompey were not that impressive yes it was a penalty & yes the sending offs were right 3 of their goals came against 9 men. We managed a draw at Doncaster. Apart from Plymouth with greeny waiting for the wheels to fall off after Christmas.

I've just done a post on our board about this very thing (without pictures though). We are Plymouth Argyle and we are programmed to think the wheels will come off. There have been so many things in my history with the club that have looked good for so long and then fallen off a cliff. Many just believe it is the way of things in a natural order and can't help it.<yikes>

Don't take my words so literally Guywanderer it's just my attempt at banter with the goals and follows on from the negative stuff from last season's game. I know you don't always just score one just most of the time.

I think it's a bit of a dangerous game thinking this game or that game will provide the spoils. Too many surprises in this league. You can beat all of the teams you are playing over the next 7. Equally you could lose or draw all of them given how it goes. Not just your club but all of them including mine. It's good to speculate and it's why we have prediction threads just as long as we keep in mind it's guess work and not fact.
