Blast the away fans with it, but have it at a sensible volume for home fans. I've been in grounds where you can't even hear the person next to you when you're trying to talk to them because the PA system has been set so loud. It's hardly conducive to fans starting to build their own atmosphere with (in your case) QPR songs.
Interesting quite a few picked up on the 'shouting out players names' idea. I know it sounds pretty naff, and it would be awful if it were done half-heartedly. What I saw just wasn't at all half-hearted...fans were shouting the players surnames with almost as much excitement as they showed when PSG scored. Wouldn't want to be seen to be copying Palace though! Re. music...I can't remember there being music before the game which either means there wasn't, or it was at a sensible volume so we could still talk without a problem.
It would be good if they shouted Shaun and we all shouted back "of the dead" Adel - Hitler Loic - Hell Its a new game
You should try and make that his nick name, it would be like the QPR founded version of "one size" for Hall.
