Well we don't have a squad that comes close to costing what Chelsea, Man C, Man U, Arsenal, Spurs, or any of the CL contenders did, and not as much as all but one or two of our relegation rivals, if them. So not sure I believe about the toxic environment either! The atmosphere at what we see from the training ground etc seems good. I know TF has made mistakes, but most of them do. Hughes and Harry were huge mistakes, but mistakes the majority on here would have made judging by the comment when they were brought in, and no doubt many other Chairmen would have made too. No I'm with Col on this - he seems to want to take us the right way which many wouldn't, and he may still get us there.

I would be very worried if TF left since it might signal the end of the consortium. Unless there was a 'proper football person' with billions to spend waiting in the wings, we would be in deep trouble.

No problem with what he says. It's what he does I'm interested in.

Not asking what has he delivered, in asking what are his objectives and in what time frame? Or am I being presumptuous? is it his job to, for example, break even on the transfer budget? Achieve xx league position? Identify the shortlist for next manager? Ensure that we have say 4 QPR developed players playing at least 20 first team games each by 2016/17? These are just examples not suggestions or expectations, I'd just like to know so I can form an opinion on his performance later on. I have very clear and specific objectives in my job, many of which are at least partially out of my control and rely on other people or events, and I am rewarded according to how well I do against them. Not rewarded anything like as well as Les though.

I meant that we will have to wait and see if he delivers on what he's saying.

I for one do not want TF to go anywhere, he may have made mistakes but I'd rather have him than the likes of Briatore and his partner in crime.
As for Sir Les, I really don't know what his brief is! And as has already been stated on this thread it's easy to state the blindingly obvious, but it's what you do about it is the key thing.

"we just give veterans one final payday"......Says QPR Veteren.

Briatore was a slimy c**t who left the club in the premier league with healthy finances.

If one of the worst owners in recent history does that, just Imagine where we'll be when Tony does throw his toys out his Air Asia liveried pram, Champions of the world possibly intergalactic overloads the mind boggles.

We are a basket case with huge debt and a bleak future, no joy here. If Les is in the mood to state the ****ing obvious maybe he could enlighten us as to why we didn't develop any player into the club when we needed them.

Beard - Spent to much in transfers & wages and after 1 fans meeting barely ever felt the need to speak again.
    Les - Isn't spending anything he's selling, can't stop talking ****e.

Something in the middle please Tony.
