Redknapp is in the process of strengthening his squad ahead of their return to the top flight and he is keen on Holland ace Fer, who joined Norwich from FC Twente last summer. Speaking about the 24-year-old, Redknapp said: "He's a good player. You don't play in the Dutch team if you're not a good player. If he's available I'm sure plenty of people will be interested, but we haven't made an offer for him." The 24-year-old Netherlands international, who featured in the recent World Cup, is expected to leave Carrow Road this summer following the Canaries’ relegation from the Premier League. Rangers boss Harry Redknapp is keen to sign at least one midfielder and has been considering other options since missing out on Steve Sidwell, who joined Stoke, and Craig Bryson, who signed a new contract at Derby. Redknapp is aware of Fer’s potential availability and is hoping Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes can agree a deal to sign him by the end of the week.
