And whilst most seem to think that it's unlikely (though mainly because LFC seem to be well covered in this area by their emerging Academy players, not because it's felt that we won't sell him), the professionals (ex-footballers as well as journos) have treated it as a valid subject for discussion. They appear to not share your view that this is nothing but bullshit. If you don't want to be a part of this discussion, get the hell off this thread and let the grown-ups have a discussion. Truth is WHL we all know the situation. I think this guy was "God's spurs tattoo" beforehand then left after throwing his toys out of the pram because he was banned from the Arsenal board after constantly wumming them. Having said that, he's only creating an article about something he found on the BBC gossip page. We've all been guilty of that. (Well, I have at least.)
