That's right. Deny and deflect the issues at your own club.

^^ Our league makes international headlines because of Celtic fans

"Deny/deflect etc" - you are the single most blinkered poster I've ever encountered Medro and then you roll out this mantra.

Sooooooooooooooooo, as we're on about denying and deflecting, who, pray tell, makes Scottish football look bad?

No one mention Manchester. I mentioned it once but I think I got away with it!

  5. Did something happen in Manchester?

I must've missed it - I was too busy focusing on Celtic fans shaming the planet in Lincoln <doh>

The wonderful Rangers fans must have done something to upset UEFA because I read somewhere that the club had been fined for the fourth time for sectarian singing and their fans have been banned for one away game in Europe.

But I'm sure that's actually good for the reputation of Scottish football!

Yet again in the time since Manchester 2008. Celtic fans have been in the **** in Moscow, the return leg in Glasgow, Man City away, the Vienna game in Glasgow, Lincoln City friendly, USA tour, rioting at Tynecastle last October I think it was, the attacking of stewards at the end of this season and now the Austrailian tour.

Add up all the arrests and I think you'll find they far exceed the smmount if people charged for the riots in Manchester.

Time to wake up buoys and realise that your fans are just as bad.

Well done kid. The main thrust of your argument is "you're as bad as we are".

    What a worthwhile debate.

Well I'm not naive enough to say one set of fans are better than the other. But that's right, turn your head and bring up Manchester whenever your own club are in the wrong.<ok>

Manchester is the benchmark when it comes to shaming an entire nation.

No amount of pathetic point scoring is going to change that fact.

So ****ity bye little boy and take your piss poor WUM pish somewhere else <badger>

    Mendro Pendes.
I think you have a serious problem, you are totally in awe of Neil Lennon and the reaction he has got from what Uefa and FIFa have acclaimed to be the best fans in the world. What is the point in playing a friendly match if you don't treat it as important.
Would you want your once beloved Rangers strolling around giving the ball away and blatantly not trying in a friendly game. Well I know Old Smith would not tolerate that.
He even found out the names of the assistants at every friendly game in case any had a Catholic sounding name which would make him unsuitable.
Pedro you went on a nice wee tour of Europe over many, many years but the mistake you made was that your fans were charged with rioting and criminal damage and the braver amongst them attempted to kill a police woman, all in Manchester. The Celtic fans over the vast areas over the different years were in the main charged with drunkenness and rowdy behaviour.

Funnily enough, recent headlines around the world about 3 people with connections to Celtic FC being sent bombs made us look pretty bad. I would have thought that if your main concern was with Scottish Football's "image" on the international stage, then the attempted murders of innocent people by raving bigots should be your focus?

You however seem to think a manager shouting out loud at a football match in Oz is a far more heinous affront to our footballing dignity. Why is that?

Uefa and FIFa have acclaimed to be the best fans in the world.

Really. Did they say they were the best fans in the world?

What is the point in playing a friendly match if you don't treat it as important.

    It's a friendly.

He even found out the names of the assistants at every friendly game in case any had a Catholic sounding name which would make him unsuitable.

    Who? What? Huh?

the braver amongst them attempted to kill a police woman, all in Manchester.

    Again. What?

The Celtic fans over the vast areas over the different years were in the main charged with drunkenness and rowdy behaviour.

Stabbings, assaults etc get left out of your list I notice.
