He will be the biggest threat this afternoon with runs down their left. With this in mind, how about the idea of playing Taylor at right back and Simpson on right midfield to double up on him. If Guthrie plays on the right I can't see him giving much cover for Simpson.

I've mentioned this before. Danny has been brilliant going forward this season and we lack options on the right.

Going off on a bit of a tangent - Baines would be great cover for Enrique in the summer.

Good call, Baines could play in the Carling Cup to give Jose a rest next season! We can dream!

Danny would certainly do a decent job on the right if Joey doesn't make it. Win win if you ask me.

Baines is close to Enrique in terms of quality to be honest, he would never come here for cover(as much as I'll love it)..

Nice idea though AG! maybe a LB-LM comibation of Baines and Enrique? woo that would be awesome.

I actually really like this idea...Taylor runs forward like a battering ram, Danny drops out wide, swings in a looping cross, Lovenkrands gets a toe to it and into the net...
