My issues with Lens is composure on the ball and his basic passing just isn't up to scratch. We need better in the hole and need a harder worker out wide. He's talented but his flaws are a big problem for a struggling team. Not called luxury players for nowt. They can dazzle but often come up short in other areas. That's why teams like us can't be having players like that in the present situation. I think Dick brought him in thinking we'd strengthen adequately. We didn't Dick walked and Lens shown his massive flaws in a struggling side. I'd defo listen to offers.
