Which it probably won't, as we've just found out there's been no bid and we only want him on loan(which probably won't happen).
It might've taken a while for somebody to come in for him, but he was easily one of the best CB's in the league last season and was very quickly appointed captain. If players have talent, it'll shine through no matter what league they play in.
Yes but he was hardly setting the world alight with Birmingham in championship which is Leicester Wizards point

As I posted at the time I felt Curtis Davies had done enough to warrant a World Cup place and, in this day and age, when centre-halves at the highest level also need to be quick, agile and comfortable in possession, I'd have started him rather than either Cahill or Jagielka - based purely on his form and performances last season (he was my man of the match in the Cup final) ... That said, his performances last season undermine Patches obsessional delusion that Prem experience counts for more than raw ability ... give me 'talent' every time ... Curtis showed last season that if you have the ability and can match that with desire and commitment then the performances will follow ... that was also demonstrated in the World cup by some of the 'minnows' .. I'm excited about our prospects for this season and can't wait for the games to start ... we have the pace and desire and more importantly the team ethos to 'compete' ... and that is all you can ask for ... but also we have 'raw talent' in abundance and I'm expecting (with a large dollop of hoping admittedly) that the talent will shine through and that we will make a few people, who may be dismissing our prospects right now, sit up and take notice ... Over the last couple of seasons I have looked forward to televised games that have involved Swansea and Southampton, because I have really enjoyed the football they have played ... more so than the prospect of watching a game involving Mourinho's Chelsea, if I'm honest ... my fervent hope is that we can become similar 'viewing favourites' for other fans ... only time will tell.
.... no problem ... Swansea of course won a trophy in the process and were rather unfortunate not to have got through to the latter stages of the Europa league ... Southampton fans can feel a little aggrieved that what was becoming an exciting project has unfortunately become open season for the circulating vultures that are the big boys ... before it had the opportunity to at least generate some silverware ... I would like to see a combination of the two for us and for that success to enable us to expand capacity and become an established premiership presence whilst still playing the kind of football that I want to watch every week ... the TV companies will take note if we manage to achieve both aspects ...
Forest are set to lose Karl Darlow and Jamaal Lascelles both to Newcastle but they will get them both on loan for next season. I wouldn't want to think what our squad would have looked like if we didn't go up
Troy Deeney being heavily linked again. http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2014...are-final-bid-for-watfords-troy-deeney-is-he/ Please, Lord, don't let it be true
This rumour died a long time ago, but Cardozo has joined Trabzonspor. http://www.insidefutbol.com/2014/08...p-leicester-city-target-oscar-cardozo/153465/
Dean Hammond linked with a move to Reading http://www.first4lcfc.co.uk/blog/premier-league-midfielder-set-to-join-championship-club/ Wouldn't be surprised to see him leave. Would love us to bring in another CM though, especially if he does leave... A ball-winner is quite key IMO, someone like Medel... Speaking of which, has he left Cardiff yet!?
Anyone surprised by lack of movement? I still think we need 2 or 3 players. Everything has gone really quiet but knowing NP thats when he pulls in people who wasnt even on the radar. Knockaert being the prime example
You never know though - maybe we have some done but will go through the moment someone like hammond leaves!
