Also just in case my point wasn't made - AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think he just wants to wait for Walcott to come back so he can play Walcott on the right and Sanchez on the left, returning Ozil to the middle.
Hi Gunners, hear in peace. Just thought I'd see the reaction over hear and can understand the frustration at your performance but feel we are deserving of a bit more credit. We held Everton and tbh could easily have won, we kept Chelsea out for over and hour and I believe a lot of teams will get hammered there this season (Everton got hammered at home) and again today we owed a similar pattern. I think we have been underestimated and are actually a lot more capable than we are given credit for particularly as arguable 3/4 of our better players didn't start today. However can understand your frustration at not beating us as we ourselves see games like this as a bonus
True enough . Pearson employed the perfect tactics against Arsenal - his players defended in numbers, were closing down all over the pitch and also had the forwards and wingers working quickly on the break. Let's face it, you guys had more clear-cut opportunities to actually win the game, and had you got a second goal I don't think we would have been able to equalise.

It's a strange one and was the same when we played Everton, I'd feel strange saying we'd have deserved to win as technically we were way behind in both matches on stats but in both games as you say, we had the more clear cut chances. Overall a draw would be fair I think. You guys shouldn't be too downhearted, look at Stoke away at Man City yesterday, Manure are nowhere to be seen, surprises are there every week
finally ? a few people here have been saying for years that it doesnt matter who Wenger buys . We have HAD top class strikers /midfielders. It aint the players , it the way he tells them to play. Change as many musicians as you like , the conductor remains the same , the music will be terrible. You may have noticed that some people dont even comment on transfers/ rumours . Thats because to them ..It dont matter who he buys. He is the common denominator. I actually thought he had changed from leaving it too late to make subs. He has even gone backwards on that now . 77 mins today .

We only got a point because we were unbelievably lucky. Luck WILL run out . Cant rely on that for a season .
It's early on indeed, but I think I'd rather have lost today with similar striking options to City have than to draw with only Sanogo. I feel for Yaya, he's obviously not ready/dealing with the pressure and it's looking like a big mistake to make him the backup to Giroud. A good return from a nightmarishly tough August for you guys though, and you created a good atmosphere today too.
if only Arsene could employ the perfect tactics , just once , what a fuckin revelation that would be eh.
Well he obviously has done many times, but he's definitely short of having the right blend to break down stubborn defences right now.
0-0 draw away with newly promoted team . 1-1 draw away with newly promoted team . why should he be any more concerned than us ?
Because he supports Chelsea, and should worry about the team he supports rather than us. I think that's what he was getting at
I mention Burnley because thats who Piskie mentioned , whats it got to do with MK Dons ? I never mentioned them . Im curious though . Why are Leicester better than Burnley , dont see how that works . They both came up on their results. You could say that Wenger is guilty of the same mistake as Van Duul . They underestimated Burnley and we played Sanogo fo 77 mins , seems like we underestimated their defence . Despite how well it played v Chelsea.
mmm , a rather crude attempt . anyway , back to the game . We managed to score , always a good thing . But within a very short time we had let the lead slip ( back to the bad old days ?) I dont hold Kos to blame as he shouldnt have still been on the pitch IMHO. From what i saw of the goal , i think Ches should have made the decision to come out and stuck with it . It seemed like he changed his mind at just the wrong time . Someone also commented on his poor distribution .(still) Someone made the point about Chambers sliding in a bit too easily ,i think i have seen him do that but he is young , he will learn . Thoughts ?
