I only do 40 now.. But i dare say my place is complety differnt to yours. They reckon we burn between 4-5k a shift.. (apart from when im driving the trucks, which is most days now, as i'm so ****ing good)

I was doing order picking for a fashion retailer. Basically trolley with two totes, sheets of paper with orders and endless walking through zones filling said totes

I reckon of it was like when I worked in the post office warehouse back in the day I would have stayed as you weren't alone for long periods with no one to talk to
