If you want to live in a world where we just make up facts and figures to suit our argument, and what we want to believe, then go for it, it sounds like fun actually.

We have spent more than you, that's fair enough, but we are hardly "crowing" about being 4 points above you. You may well beat us on Saturday, in fact I think you have a very good chance as you do have a good record against us. Doesn't mean in any respect would I rather be in your position.

Best manager in the league? <laugh>

Yes we now agree that Sven wasn't the manager we had hoped, and to be honest we are still recovering from it. Truth is though, you know absolutely nothing about our club, so if you want to believe that we're "sh*", then go ahead. We are very happy with Pearson and think he's a very good manager for us. Could you enlighten me as to these "sh*t" signings he's made?

Trouble is Jack, it's not made up - just basic balance sheet stuff I narrowed down to 1 figure so that the simple midlands folk looking in could understand. The crowing was in reference to AKCJ's comment about you being 4 points above us (maybe more a squawk than a crow, I'll give you that one)

So basically, you read somewhere that Mills cost £5m, assumed it to be true, and just picked any number greater than 5? Congratulations!

Oh I wouldn't read too much in to that mate, Nigel Pearson won one of those once and he's, as you so delicately put it, "sh*t" :)

So what you don't know, is that Sven wasted the money and got us nowhere, hence he was sacked, and we replaced him with Pearson who is trying to recover us from the mess that Sven made, and is doing a very good job of removing the high earners from our books and replacing them with cheaper, better, hungrier players on less wages :)

No mate - I took your net loss over 2 years and took away our net loss and it came to just over £20M - It really is that simple <ok>

But Pearson is still forking out £millions on new players and you are still making huge losses <ok>

Yes, we had to buy players before we shifted Svens signings who were on ridiculous wages. To sell everyone first and then buy would be a ridiculous strategy. Once we offload the Beckfords and Danns', we'll be fine thanks

That just shows the damage Sven did to our club, which Pearson is in the process of fixing. Our previous losses have been covered by the owners, which I truly thank them for, I guess Sven turned out to be a VERY costly mistake. Tell me, will this previous spending affect us once the FFP rules come in to play?

Anyways, like I said, Nigel is offloading the overpaid members of our squad, and his spending has only been to replace these, so while I thank you for your concern regarding our financial future, we'll be just fine :)

I didn't go as I was working and didn't even get a chance to listen to it <doh>
