glad Poyet has pointed out that we need a couple of midfielders and not just one like some people are saying. It is a must that we have creativity and composure in there with Cattermole. You can dictate games from the middle of the park and over the last couple of years in a good few games we just do not look like we could unlock a team and score even if we played all weekend let alone just the 90mins. Having two good players in there would be just as important as a 15-20 goal a season striker IMO.
really glad Poyet has mentioned pace. We need to add it all of the pitch. From the backline, to the flanks to even bringing in another option up top that can play on the shoulder and really blitz it if needed.
