Not been impressed with punch so far he's trying to beat people in the wrong areas of the pitch and generally not succeeding, we miss Lallana. However if we get an inform guly on at half time (which is rare away) I will feel more confident. Wouldn't mind corky boy going off today we can't get out passing game going because the leeds boys are too physical hammond would help sure it up I spose.

I saw that. I was even surprised that Sky have it at 58-42. Be nice to see us create a few more chances second half. I don't think we can absorb that much pressure for another 45.

    Ok, to make it easier:
You've been outplayed and are extremely lucky to be leading.

How Leeds haven't scored is beyond me. Play like that second half and we may lose.

But its that sort of thing that eventually winds up players enough to kick out stupidly ala lambert at brighton!

One of the best I have seen Leeds play, very impressed with them so far, disappointed in the penalty appeal but you win some lose some. Warnock really has managed to get them set up nicely in the first half, nicking the ball and constantly looking dangerous, more in the second half please. As for the possession stats, not sure how the Beeb has measured that one.

Other than the penalty decision, there's been no luck about it. The scoreline is what it is because of a great keeper and great striker.

Warnock such a whinger - hate managers who go on about 'should have had a penalty' at half time. Don't mind if it's a blatant foul, but not some ball-to-hand 'seen them given' number. Leave that to us fans.

Sometimes I think BBC take a stab at statistics and try to make them fairly even with a small difference just not to upset either set of fans too much!

On another note, Lee Bradbury being interviewed by Solent, atm. Does anyone else get peed off with his constant hissing style drawing in of breath..?

We're definately missing Lallana today, we need to be a lot braver on the ball, i'm not sure that bringing Guly on is the answer, he tends to go missing in games like this one. Maybe bring on Deano to do the nasty work and win the ball for the others.

Good subs by Adkins (Guly has the feet to keep the ball). Saints have struggled to keep possession, looks like we are going to a diamond. Leeds have been given a fillip by Warnock, just need to keep the sting out of the game.

I would agree that we're lucky to be leading, as you could have had a number of goals, but not that we're lucky per se. If there's luck involved, I would say you're more unlucky than we are lucky. Check our goals against stats of late, there is some method to us. And we are the away team, so we would expect to be on the back foot. Some good goalkeeping, and a well-taken finish. Wouldn't deny you're the better team after that 45.
