Can't really blame him for the goal, I was right behind were it was going out and it seemed to just curl at the last minute. I was sure it was going out. And let's not forget he hasn't played in a good couple of months since injury. Pre Injury he was the best goalkeeper we have had in ages. Lonergan is better than Alex, he wouldn't have made the mistake that Alex did against Barnsley. Anyway both good keepers.
one mistake? less than alex made in our game against barnsley you clueless ****er and theres no way you'll be holding onto him anyway, hes not gunna sign a contract, he wants to go to a big club. and you're a selling club too
He could have done better for the goal (either come sooner or stood his ground), but otherwise he looked alright. The goal was mostly Pugh/White/Kisnorbo's fault. Mainly White's.
he is. Lonergan is one of the best keepers in the league. Alex McCarthy is just a good championship keeper, if Lonergan hadn't of been injured, we would have never loaned McCarthy.
Not being funny but no leeds fan will say that mccarthy is better than lonergan, honestly lonergan is amazing. Not to say that McCarthy is bad though (who you'll struggle to keep hold of unless you start giving him games by the looks of it)

hahahaha Federci's distributuin is the strongest in the league. You should take a look at your own keepers distribution some of his kicks went straight out the park

By the way, I do think McCarthy is better than Lonergan. Better from long-range shots and just edges it in terms of dominating his box. Still think Lonergan's a class keeper, don't get me wrong.
I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would think McCarthy is better - he's more error prone due to less experience. Lonergan is untouchable as far as I'm concerned.
