Simple goal. Crap defending. Good play by Leeds there though.

Snodgrass is having a brilliant game. Would love him or Gradel. I fear they'd just do a Routledge though.

Leeds much better in the 2nd half, though I think the sending off had a huge part to play!

I'd have Snodgrass, not sure on Gradel, reminds me a lot of Routledge.

Think Snodgrass will take the step up a lot easier than Gradel would. Lot of potential though.

Snodgrass maybe, not too keen on Gradel though, just another Routledge IMO except he's younger.

Great finish by McCleary! i agree about potential, depends on whether he fulfills it though.

Snodgrass is a lot more grown up than Gradel is too. Gradel's a bit temperamental by all accounts.

Gradel is not tempramental, I can't remember one instance this season where he's had any reaction which has done us any harm.

As for those making the inane comparison with Routledge, Gradel has scored 15 in 33 this season. In you Championship campaign, Routledge scored 3 in 17. Totally incomparable records.
