We're way too obsessed with Tufan. He's had as many chances as anyone, hasn't meaningfully contributed to our attack in months and has plenty of his own limitations. This idea that he absolutely must come back in, which gathers pace every time he gets dropped, just isn't supported at all by his recent performances.

The obvious and almost guaranteed change is to bring Ömür (who was only left out because of his late return from international duty) back in for Ohio. I suppose there could be any number of further changes in response to yesterday's shambles but I wouldn't expect it to be far off the team that started against Southampton and Leicester.

Certainly feels like the season is done for us after yesterday, not because of the deficit particularly but because we don't seem to have it in us to score the goals we need, and it's now starting to look like players might be losing belief too. You can always imagine we pull a result out of nowhere in a game like this, but I now worry about us collapsing a bit against a good side. Be great if we could derail their promotion push if nothing else.

Go for it from the off. A performance similar to Leicester and Southampton away and they have a chance. Play defensive, negative tactics and they'll get stuffed. Give us a taste of the exciting, attacking, risk taking football promised by the gobshites at the start of the season and throw away the lad's tippy tappy football manual. When you get near the opposition penalty area, look at those goalposts, you know the ones, 24 feet wide, 8 feet high, try hitting the xxxxxxg target and maybe score a goal instead of passing out to the wing. This lot are doing my head in.

It wouldn't surprise me either, let's hope they do, which might calm down some faction of the fan base.

Automatic promotion, playoff spots, relegation dog fights, it’s impossible to predict any scores at this stage of the season and we were terrible against Watford for 60 minutes.

Downturn in form can hit anyone at any stage, just look at Leicester. On paper I think we have the best 11 in the Championship and we should be top 2 and that's not me being cocky, just PL parachute money giving the unfair advantage.

Any half decent coach should be top two with our frontline, even Piroe can only make the bench and he’d walk into most teams.

It’s all about handling the nerves now, I’m confident of a win but it’s not given and we’ll have to play better tomorrow than we played on Friday.

Anyway, Happy Easter to you miserable Leeds hating bunch ;)

No it would be typical Leeds to lose our only home game on the last day of the season to Southampton who could still take a top two, or at least deny us.

Did our big game players freeze against Stoke? We do have big game players, internationals, AFCON winners, England U21's, Leeds away is the game for them, will they step back up for what is a big hostile away game?

Will it shake a performance out of our players or will they freeze though?

We've only scored two goals four times in the last three months, having played 16 games. Three of those games were in the week that we looked like nailed on promotion candidates and picked up nine points. More optimistically, two of the games were against Southampton and Leicester. We know that we play better in away games.

Not a lot to hang on to but I'm searching for the positives.
