PH likes 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 he was the same at Barnsley 4-3-3 on the odd occasion, like coaches before him he has his favourite formation and Hernandez doesn’t fit into that style as he is behind Saiz so it means playing out wide. When asked to do this he hasn’t the pace or age on his side to bomb up and down the wing, he likes to cut infield and it leaves us A exposed and B players pulled out of position to cover. We really are best suited to 4-2-3-1 now and this would bring Hernandez in slightly. Forshaw as one of the two and as long as O’Kane wasn’t alongside him a great chance. I like a team with Alioski Saiz and Hernandez but not when the formation doesn’t suit them and they are asked to play out of position
