Oh well, some good minutes for the ones pushing for a start, we fought back well, no new injuries, we are still unbeaten in normal time and Bielsa would have taken some negatives and positives from this one. As long as we win at the weekend we won't give two hoots about this one.

As long as we have no injuries I'm not that bothered, but maybe a good lesson for all including Mr Bielsa.
If you want to win don't leave things too late.

Enlightened ticketing approach from the club.
30002 at ER on a Tuesday night for a secondary competition.
Debut for McCalmont, minutes for Clarke.
    No injuries.
Inspirational and instructive substitutions, for those coming off.
Great comeback, goals from Nketiah and Costa.
Ultimate defeat in penalties, feels like a win.
    All players supporting Harrison immediately.
Harrison who missed his penalty, mobbed by the crowd for autographs.
Entire crowd hailing the effort from the Leeds team and management.

    Terrible night. <whistle>

Crowd singing Harrison’s name at the end as well which is a nice touch.

Got it the right way round. Happier with 3 pts than progression in the cup.

We don't need the PL team draw. We're a big team & have big crowds already.

So turns out Bielsa was in master tactician mode - showed them in the 2nd half who was better and how bad Butland is at the moment but then right at the end letting Stoke win and Butland score so they don’t sack Jones and they keep playing Butland - he’s a genius I tell ya

I’m so relieved Phillips put his penalty away, I bet you had a paragraph ready for that one ;)

Casilla - 5 should have done better with both their goals, why did he go to groud so quickly for the second, points are for his distribution, which was pretty faultless.
Shackleton 6 tried hard, got into several good positions going forward only not to be given the pass.
Davis 8 better than Douglas and Alio on the left unfortunately won't get picked, very cool head, especially for his age
Berardi 6.5 Beaten in the air unsurprising by Vokes, all his best work was on the floor, tenacious as ever, much better second half
Douglas 5 he slows the game down so much, not sure what he adds to the team on this performance, so one footed too.
Phillips 6 Had a much better second half when he was put in his preferred role, left for dead for pace on a couple of occasions one being their second goal.
McCalmont 5 never seemed to get into the game, no surprise he was subbed.
Bogusz 6.5 another who had a better second half after the personnel change, like how he's not afraid to shoot on sight, something we lack from others
Clarke 4 Never really got going, twice got into good positions but ran into trouble rather than shoot.
Costa 6.5 first half put in a lot of good work getting back but was poor going forward much better in second half going forward.
Nketiah 6.5 scored kept a cool head doing so but missed 2 very good chances, got throough some good work..
White 8 cool, calm and collected, think only one pass went astray and once made the wrong choice but very assured.
Forshaw- 8 made the midfield tick when coming on, got through lots of work covered Douglas on a couple of occasions when he couldn't be arsed geting back after losing the ball.
Harrison 7.5 gave us a much better options, their RB kept close to him not giving him much room and they doubled up on him quite a few times but still got through. End product still needs brushing up on though.
