Leeds Utd v QPR Match Thread

Anthony and Byram have both put a couple of lovely crosses in from the left but Georginio likes to wander about and Piroe is too deep. One of them needs to be a focal point.

 

You can see why QPR are one of the favourites to go down

 

I’ll say this. Rodon in the team makes us soooo much better than without him..

oh, and getting **** defender back (firpo) is not even a worth entertaining....

 

Were doing well, but Ayling has been poor imo.

I had 5 minutes of Coventry v Blackburn commentary, wondered what on earth he was on about when he said the deadlock was still not broken as we entered the 40th minute of the game

We're in control but it's a bit of a sloppy performance by Leeds. Too many heavy touches. Just a bit scrappy.

Piroe is too deep and not involved. Jimmy takes a touch too many. We are too narrow so not stretching QPR too much. Byram comes back inside too often making it more congested and Ayling on the other side has given it away far too often. It won't be long until we overplay it at the back and get caught.

Ampadu has been very good, Anthony has been very good, Georginio looks a handful but other than that I don't think anyone has had an exceptional half.

QPR are **** but it's only 1-0. They will get a chance at some point. Some of our lot just need to pull their finger out and let's get that 2nd goal and take the 3 points. I'm expecting a few more goals 2nd half if we come out and step it up a notch.

Got a feeling we will get another couple of goals second half

 

The first time I ran the program it said 7-1 to Leeds, but I felt that was way to positive, so I ran it again and posted that result.

So the game will end up anywhere between a 7-0 victory for us and a 3-2 win for QPR or any result in between

 

Yeah, we've made them work. Gaps should start to open a bit easier 2nd half. It would be nice to get an early 2nd goal

 

Agreed mate, we’re looking very comfortable. I think we’ll see Bamford come on for Piroe if he doesn’t get involved more. Personally I’d leave him on the full 90 and you’d imagine James on for the final 20 minutes too

We need to move Piroe further forward. He's lost playing that deep.
