They’re a decent side… still think they’ll likely make top 6 so should be a good game - hoping our extra attacking flair will be the difference

So, taking the milkyboy kid junior to his first leeds game tomorrow. Appears to have fought off home town pressure to declare himself a leeds fan (well for this week). I've warned him of the life of misery and endless disappointment that will ensue but he claims he's ready to take it on. Will likely freeze his nads off and kill off any enthusiasm tomorrow but hoping for a positive result at least <cheers>
Hope it goes well for you both , glad I'm watching the game live in thailand at a steady 30c not back till april

Boro are the local team for me so there’s bragging rights at stake. I’ve watched a few boro Leeds games in the boro end (more than one of which was a bit hairy) but they were always at boro. Never been in the away end at elland road - and that trend will continue tomorrow
Mate, I would have admitted to having away tickets rather then giving a speech on living in Middlesbrough :emoticon-0138-think

Going to miss the game today. It’s my sister-in-law’s birthday so will be freezing my nads off walking along the south bank of London as she likes to do. It’s alright for her, she’s a geordie so thinks it’s tropical down here at the moment

I know Greenwood isn’t playing but FARKE is now bemoaning the fact that he allowed him to go out on loan. He says he’s the best set piece player he’s ever worked with?

Whether he is or not why strengthen a promotion rival?

Great to read Farke's comments about Luke Ayling after the Swansea win midweek.

" I rarely talk about something like this but in terms of football character and team mate character Luke Ayling is second to none and probably the best player in these terms I've ever worked with. I'm really careful with such a compliment "

" He brings the heart and soul into my side, makes sure we don't drop the standards in training. He makes sure everyone is really on it in training, disciplined and focused, working hard each and every day "

" Even before the game giving everyone a boost, a hug and firing everyone up. What a character this is, to be personally disappointed but then sacrifice yourself for the team "

" He even gave me a hug and I was honoured - even though he probably wanted to kill me after this decision. What a character "

" Without Luke Ayling such a performance would not be possible. He made sure during the last 5 days that everyone is on it in training, that Djed Spence had to work really really hard to be allowed in the squad ahead of him. He makes sure Archie Gray returned a top class performance today to defend everything "

" No one should underestimate his impact "

Nice words but every dog has its day. Was listening to the Jim White show on talkSPORT yesterday and he had Stuart Pearce and Martin Keown on debating this kind of subject and what became clear from their comments is that the players are always the last to know when their days are over.

Jeez, WBA are piss poor. They managed a scrappy equaliser against Leicester in the 89th minute and conceded 5 minutes later. They sent everyone up for a long throw in and got caught on the break. Leicester were the better team in fairness, but still......
