Happy to hear opinions about football and how we're playing/performing etc from all Leeds fans. So if leedslover wishes to post about football he'll be most welcome.
Depends I guess. Objective opinions always appreciated, just slagging us of because we're Leeds, less so.
I wont take that personally. These football forums are more than just about football though. It's a pretty important part of some poster's lives and though that might sound patronising, it isn't meant that way. I love football and I also like to chat to others about it whether they're from my own club or others - even Wurzels... It does annoy me when serious football threads are taken off track, but unless you've got some narrow minded moderation deleting it all the time (and believe me they are out there), then we just have to live with it.
But then again other teams rely on us fkg things up so it’s all even. We’re too obliging that’s our problem. I keep looking at the stats for last nights game how we failed to win is beyond me
IMO I thought we played well in patches, I agree the headed chances were awful misses, especially as they were unchallenged.
If we got up Davy, we’d have a number of new players come in, so shouldn’t repeat that dross from last night. I am absolutely spitting feathers about that result. So much so 20 mins before the end of the game, I vowed to switch off to all things football until the of the season and then look in to see if we’d fecked it up or not. Lasted about 17 hours! Still they need a fecking good kicking after that..... and the board for wasting time on Nketiah and Kev and not having someone who can put the ball in the net.
Didn't waste time on Nketiah IMO, there isn't a replacement for Bamford unless you play a headless chicken.
Lee, I feel your pain. No excuse for the volume of chances missed, even Marcelo agrees. Just finished watching Quest and I noticed that Brentford have a habit of trying to score by shooting from outside the box, and it sometimes works. Hmmmmm. We are six points clear of 3rd with six to play. If we fail to go up automatically it will be a complete capitulation and the players need to step up now and start sticking the ball in the net against all opponents, no quarter given, no excuses. These guys are worth the money and adulation they receive or they’re not - we’ll know by the end of the month which it is. We are now out of time for s**** performances - and remember, we got the result against Fulham but were outplayed. Come on Bielsa, get us over the line. MOT!
