Results have well and truly gone in our favour. Shame no Eddie though. It's almost as if Bielsa wants him to go back.

 

And still only 10 goals against!

A good win although a lot of our players were far from their best,

Brilliant, real desire and you wouldn’t normally have seen that he sprinted the length of the pitch if he hadn’t been involved in helping keep us on up at the other end.

He’s as bad as ******g Philips.

 

Looking at the table, only 4 teams have scored more goals than us, and only one notably more, but have all conceded way more than we have.
If you don't let them in you don't need to score as many but we still do, probably more than we think.

 

I think Eddie will play a big part for us 2nd half of the season. Also think Forshaw will if he ever gets fit!

Might be the injection of energy we need. We have a tough run coming up after the home game with Cardiff. It lasts until end of January.

For the first 65 minutes I thought we looked brilliant until we got to the edge of their area, then it went to ****. Costa looked magical at times but he never put a single decent cross in.

Bamford put his usual shift in but again, he missed a couple of glorious chances.

With 70 minutes to go I’d have taken Pablo off, he was knackered, lazy passes, caught in possession and although they all looked tired he was totally spent.

On a positive, conditions probably never helped and for all the hype of Bowen he didn’t do a thing tonight. I thought Hull were pretty average actually, I expected more from them. I just had a look on the Hull forum and they felt they should have got something, I must have been watching another game as they didn’t do anything of note with their 37% possession

I thought we deserved to go in front, but was worried we might do a Carlisle.

Missed the offside goal, but Alioski - what an annoying little bugger, thank goodness he plays for us and not against us.
