Apparently one of his clearences went straight up in the air and Stevie Wonder the blind singer not the poor unfortunate one would have taken the chance the cod heads missed... If they had taken the lead it would have been a cricket score.
Tried and failed to put some words in jocks mouth using a quote he didn't make.( not just editing one he did. It failed, but now I know what happened the way I tried I think I reckon I will get it right next time. It's a bit like getting a bigger boat.
Quotes are messing up on my phone, those question marks were for you chips in reference to the above post
Leeds lover you usually got a match opinion, how do you think he played? From the very brief highlights looked like our midfield was much better.
I guessed and answered. Perhaps it was what I did with quotes that buggered it up. Never try, never learn....."evil laugh"......
The YEP reporter that wrote this article? http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co....tes-rise-to-occasion-against-tigers-1-7609074 Or is there another? Must be, 'cos I can't read anything in the article that resembles your 'straight up in the air' comment. Closest I can find is this ..' But Leeds were not helping themselves with Silvestri’s spooned clearance instigating another Hull attack with 14 minutes to go. I'm not saying that there's not another YEP report that does indeed allude to your 'straight up in the air' reference, but perhaps you could be a good chap and provide the link so we don't have anyone thinking that you're making things up just for the sake of it. Finally, it's not me that's got my head up my arse, matey - it's you! And I've got photographic evidence too ....
Excellent, Bucks, especially in the 1st half. My MotM. He lost possession 2 or 3 times, all in the second half, I think, but he's probably just a wee bit ring-rusty. Wasn't as good in the second half, probably due to mental fatigue more than anything. Heard more than one person compare him to Batty. He certainly does the same job as Batty did, but I think it's a wee bit early to give him that accolade yet. I've said on here for some time that we needed someone dedicated to that role to pull the team together. I might still be wrong, but it looked like I might have got it right on today's performance. Let's see how the rest of the season goes.
