Had a priceless moment years ago in a pub when Villa were on Sky and a mate asked if Ron was Dalian's dad and couldn't stop himself even when he realised how stupid it was - the words just flowed (probably helped by the rest of us willing him to finish his question)
Afternoon all. Worst moment on Saturday was when Green played a short goal kick to Bamba but instead of a nice crisp pass on the deck he chipped it about a foot off the floor and Bamba let it go under his foot a for a throw in. Had quick glance at Monk and could see he was seething inside. The applause and cheers that went up when Wood was subbed was disgraceful. He had an ineffective game and I was pleased to see his number go up but there was no need to get on a players back in the first home game of the season FFS. We were actually worse without him which which is bloody depressing. Regarding the South stand chanting how rubbish we were, I took it as a gallows humour type of thing along the lines of other chants about not being famous and not caring we're losing because we're Leeds etc. Think Monk will sort this out and quickly. Leeds 2-1 tomorrow night.
