Hey @Irishshako Hadn't been to the docs for probably 15 years or more, but went along for a quick check up about 3 weeks after I had an attack of vestibular neuritis (look it up ). Just by chance he checked my BP and told me not to move as he'd have to call an ambulance if it didn't drop quickly....... It was 210 over 110 and I had no idea about it. After about 20 minutes he checked it again and it had levelled out at about 190 systolic. That was then low enough to send me home with some tablets and the usual lecture about drinking and salt intake blah blah. I started with 2.5 mg of Felopidine and gradually raised the dose to 10mg and kept a chart of BP at home with a monitor I bought. Eventually we worked out that the correct dose to keep it around 120/130 was 5 mg and I've stuck to that since - about 6 months now. I might up it to 10mg this afternoon.......
thanks that actually helps.not about the blood pressure but knowing some other supporters worry more than me about the results.my bp was 160-90.i actually had felt a bit queezy for a couple of days.
Great start. Team looks full of pace and movement and Pablo is picking out some lovely passes. I had my doubts about Costa earlier in the season but I think he is looking better with every game.
