A good manager helps with motivation, team set up and style of play… and tactical substitutions. They don’t kick the ball. If people watch enough football they should eventually work out what managers can control and what they can’t. Farke needs to work to get his sides better at breaking down low blocks (though all sides struggle with this) and his in game substitutions often seem to hamper not improve. Though Maybe that’s part bench quality. But if Solomon doesn’t fall on his arse we very likely win yesterday with everyone marvelling about how we controlled the game against a promotion rival.
