Some interesting observations on here. As said, We're top and there to be shot at, teams will take note of how we play and try to stop it... arry did his homework.

Interesting point from jammy about the 4 man press. We have a structure of play that actively seeks defenders/keeper to draw the press to create space by passing around the 'pressers' and taking them out of the game. I wasn't at the game but sounds like they snuffed us out by committing more to the press. Work needed on training ground to counter this tactic more effectively than was managed last night.

We also look to provide more forward options for the man in possession, the flaw to this is if the man in possession messes up despite the options. Basically you need people on their game for that kind of one touch fast passing game. If someone is leggy/out of form the fluidity goes and you invite pressure.

Now, why we were leggy when we were in cruise control on sat whilst Birmingham chased a game against Norwich is anyone's guess.

The only reason I made this prediction is because I think Cardiff have been lucky and Leeds have been good . And here's another prediction , if Leeds win their next 2 games , put money on Leeds not falling out of 1st place all season . Not saying it will happen but a gambling man could make a bundle if it did.

Not we, but I suspect a certain estate agent will be flaunting another new set of wheels shortly

But that would be distorting the truth. Estate agents are not allowed do that surely in the UK. Doesn’t happen here

    Ell would never distort truth

Unless you include referring to a tomato canning plant next door as "a delightful rural atmosphere" or a missing roof as "well ventilated"

And anyone can make a slip up, "we've had several offers above the asking price" sounds so much like "no one has viewed the place for a month"

Jansson's anticipation of where the ball is going and when is better than any defender I've seen at Leeds for years. His timing on his jumps is perfect and he's always exactly where he needs to be

I think it's uncanny, Marko. I've seen loads of top defenders anticipate, but never as often or as accurately as him.

Btw, you going to be joining us for a quick before or after drink at ER this season?
