Something else that caught my eye, Berardi on at LB to replace Taylor, maybe I am jumping to conclusions but I wouldn't be surprised to see Berardi starting at LB after Christmas and Taylor being moved on. Maybe just good management by Monk preparing for all eventualities.

Berardi has covered there before, and is a natural replacement,LB or RB.

great result today, would have taken 4pts from last 2 games before them.

Agreed but strange that Berardi never got game time at his preferred RB position? Strange substitution to make I felt, I think this is in preparation for January

Having watched the game I thought it was quite lacklustre. We really missed wood, his hold up play has been fantastic this season and we really lacked that up there, giving the ball away easily at times.

Phillips had one of his poorer games, got done a few times by their CM and his passing was a bit hit and miss. Thought Ayling started the game quite poorly actually, gave the ball away a few times when he really shouldn't have but had a better second half. Once bridcutt come on we were the better team imo. Him coming back really does help. Antonnson was poor and Roofe wasn't involved much. Jansson was just class, won everything and just makes things seem so simple.

Still, a win is a win and what a ball in by Dallas.

Taylor had an injury concern, not sure how serious but I'm thinking it was a precaution because he didn't seem to be walking too badly

    Fooking dreadful game...
    Good goal.
The margins between sucess and failure are ridiculously small but as said above a win is a win.

Fook knows why we do all this pissing about after Rob Green throws or kicks the ball short. We never produce anything from it and end up going long. Why not just kick it long in the first place before defences are all set.

Taylor was injured, seems the obvious switch to me,Ayling has made RB his own at the moment. If Taylor goes then we need a LB or LB and RB if Berardi goes as LB,as he is cover for both and Coyle not good enough yet.

When you have been playing golf a little longer you will get to like the phrase "there's no pictures on the score card". As the biggest advocate of the table doesn't lie I thought you would still be out celebrating :emoticon-0167-beer:

In which case, let's have a game and take a LUFC match in before you improve. I'm hardly McIlroy but will enjoy the craic. Open to all comers by the way...
