I think that I zzie will play on Satand lets hope we don't play like Derby did last night they may have blown their play off chances
What worries me if we get promoted is what money we will have to spend on players
AR has spent almost 2m on the squad this season and got rid of about 20 players off the books So Bielsa has worked a minor miracle but can he do this amongst the big guns
I would hate to do a Town because of lack of investment

Mike we have at least 19 players out on loan and imagine we are paying wages for many of these, which means they are still on our books. Most will be released in June which means a loss on them. Can't see Getafe wanting to pay £6m for Saiz, will Grot Be back, probably not. Anita garbage, LDB garbage too, Sacko moved to Turkey, we may get a fee for Ekuban but his goals have dried up. Cibicki doing really well but his contract nearing an end so can't see a big fee for him. Coyle will be let go, Denton garbage, O'Connor dying a death. Wilks doing great but will we want him backmor well him? This lot has been a drain on our cash

How do you deal with the pressure to win and still enjoy it?
Traditionally in English football you have always had the time to develop your idea because time allows you to get the best final result and this is culture in today's world. Nowadays nobody has patience and the positive things you have done before are forgotten immediately and people are always expecting positive things. I read an article and this talks a lot about this subject. They give the example of Real Madrid and Real Madrid - out of the last 5 Champions League they have won 4 of them and the last one was just some months ago. But even if in this case when you have won 4 or out 5, when the team stops winning there is a crisis. It means the person who gave something, instead of getting gratitude, they only develop the obligation of having to win constantly and this article puts another admirable expample...it says that some time ago, when you make a favour to someone, you could feel the gratitude of the person receiving the favour, But now instead of feeling gratitude people think they have the right to ask for another favour again and again and again. And for me it's easy to make a link between all these thoughts and the question you asked me. If you don't make a final link between the final result and the path you choose, not making the link is the only way to survive in this profession. But those who value public results reject this, those who value public results either they praise the good things or they condemn with strength the bad things. I'm not looking at you to find out you are getting bored - but I like telling this...

FoxyI was going to explain the boom boom for our younger supporters.
Basically saying that no matter what you do or achieve these days, people forget what's passed immediately & want a repeat - whether it's winning at football, or asking favours. People now have no patience, in essence & are unreasonably demanding.
And sadly, he's dead right.
I think I actually love this guy. He has no idea of self serving publicity and understands the fans and what the fans want. Its about the club, the team, the fans and nothing else matters

They dont Mike. Its the same when we get a PL player on loan or Lasogga last season, theyre on 50k a week, we pay 20% max. If we loan someone that on 5k a week to say Blackpool, theyll also only pay a fraction as its all they can afford. Were still paying Saiz wages
