Happy with the way we played, deserved to win, but **** happens sometimes.

 

That was ****ing crap, worst game ive seen for a long time, kock needs to pull his finger out he was terrible

 

I’d have taken 0-0 at the start but the wasted chances and hitting the woodwork so many times leaves me feeling like it was a defeat

 

Meslier - 6. Nothing much to do. Ok distribution. Did well one on one vs Saka.

Ayling - 5. Got done a couple of times too easily. Could have scored but first touch let him down. Subbed.

Cooper - 5. Too many rash decisions. Looks out of his depth in the PL. Gives me the impression that he is just surviving games.

Koch - 4. Sloppy clearance first half gave Aubameyang a good chance. Distribution looked awkward at best, diabolical at worst. Lost momentum for us too many times 2nd half. Lucky Llorente isn't fit at the moment.

Alioski - 7. Probably man of the match. Kept posession well. Plenty of crosses, a couple of shots, lots of running, got Pepe sent off. All action performance.

Phillips - 7. Great to have back. The off the ball stuff is world class. Covered the full backs well and read plenty of Arsenal attacks. Used posession intelligently.

Dallas - 7. Standard stuff from Dallas now. Always seems to be a 7 no matter where he plays. Good energy, strong running off the ball, clever fouling. Should have scored.

Klich - 7. Neat and tidy. Looked a bit pedestrian with his passes at times. Ran intelligent lines down the channels.

Harrison - 5. Quietest I have seen him. Arsenal doubled up on him and he couldn't find the answers. Subbed off and limping.

Raphinha - 7. A generous 7 from me. Full debut. Loads of energy, looked to get involved all of the time. Tried to make things happen but didn't quite happen for him. Looks exciting.

Bamford - 5. Couple of weak efforts. One decent save from his shot first half. Free header off the post was disappointing and although harsh it's his job to win us games from these chances.

Poveda - 6. Couple of flashes of skill. Still awaiting any end product from him.

Rodrigo - 7. Looked class again. Hit the bar. Should be one of the first names on the team sheet.



On the whole a good team performance. Missing too many chances will be the difference between being near the top or being near the bottom. Current form suggests bottom half.

 

Great effort from the lads.

Nearly gave it away towards the end by going all out for the win but that's how we play. Top save from Meslier and that will do him no harm whatsoever and at least we kept a clean sheet.

 

I thought Meslier did everything he needed to, he came out to clear a couple of times when needed, was composed in possession and had a load of bodies around him for every corner. He also made a great save to keep them out.
5 was very harsh

 

Watching Leicester v Liverpool, they're not packing the defence like they did against us so Rogers cussed out how to play against us.
